    Great workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

    FLOW Sculpt Full Body

    Instructor was very kind, it was my first time at Bodyrok and they gave me a rundown of the studio and walked me through the machine before class started. The class is fast passed and higher intensity than regular reformer Pilates, but it makes for a great workout. Seemed like it was customizable for different fitness levels.

    Looveee her energy, motivation, & sassiness. I felt like I was transported back to my high school cheerleading practice with Alex as the instructor. Her clapping, singing, and positive affirmations made me feel my strongest Pilates princess self. Highly recommend if you want a girls girls class!

    This was a great class, and my first time trying SLT. Hayley’s instructions were really clear making the transitions feel pretty natural. Definitely challenging but if you’ve done solidcore or bodyrok you’ll be fine, I would recommend trying it out for sure.

    This was HARD!!! Take this class if you want to really challenge yourself, it’s def more challenging than other Bodyrok classes. That being said, I’ve taken these enough that I loved it and welcomed the challenge. Probably not for beginners.
