すべてのレビューを表示Amazing workout! Wish Chris was available at this studio on the weekends, he so good. First time with Chris and i had already heard great things. All true - he’s the best. With three hours of sleep and a busy day, I still made it through the routine. LOVED the ability to modify to what my body was feeling that evening. and i even teared up at the end when we were breathing and he was having us leave our stresses behind. Great session overall.

すべてのレビューを表示Okay, I didn’t know what to expect when she came in with the mic BUT I had so much fun!!! Energy was HIGH, there was no jumping which I personally love because that’s just hard for me these days. And she was very encouraging & honestly fun. I will definitely take her class again

From the moment class started, the energy was high and the flow was intentional throughout the class. I am a beginner and was nervous to join, but everyone made me feel so welcomed. Kelly has a way of motivating you even when you want to tap out. Her playlist was on point all throughout the class. This was my first class with Kelly and it won’t be my last!

すべてのレビューを表示This is my first time taking Yin yoga and I believe I picked the right studio/instructor to tried it. I really needed the deep stretch that yin offers. The studio is so clean and the aesthetic is really nice. This studio is a nice place for practice.
