    Unheated Slow Flow

    The slow flow was relaxing but you still got a great workout in. Michelle’s instructions and cues were clear. The space is clean and was the perfect temperature even though it was an unheated class and cold outside. I recommend Kefi to everyone because I love it.

    CP Center+Balance 1 (50 Mins)

    The space is very clean and well equipped. The instructor was helpful in correcting posture as she saw necessary. Very clear verbal instruction but if needed she would walk up to help as well. Overall it was VERY enjoyable and great for all fitness levels.
