すべてのレビューを表示I think her music choice will target a specific audience which can make the class more beginner or Level 1?, depending on the day. She has a very cheerleader type of voice instruction. She spends a lot of time easing you in to the moves, so if you are looking for more of a workout, it would depending on the day. Some days trampoline is almost the entire class, another day it could be a smaller portion of the class. The music genre isn’t really important to the class, as the music is more background music.

すべてのレビューを表示I took the Beginner’s Unheated class with Imari and had such a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, intentional, and thorough in her instruction. As someone completely new to yoga, I really appreciated how clearly she explained each movement and created a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. Throughout the class, she shared thoughtful affirmations and gentle reminders to be present, listen to our bodies, and take the space for ourselves. It was not only physically relaxing but also mentally healing and grounding. The studio itself was very clean, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. They were very nice to show me around the studio as well. I also loved the cold towels and relaxing essential oils at the end of class :) I highly recommend this studio and can’t wait to come back! :)

すべてのレビューを表示Class was very relaxing. Instructor was super knowledgeable. Explained everything with thought every moment was precise and controlled. I loved the use of the hoop. Without a doubt you’ll leave feeling accomplished. I would definitely book again.

すべてのレビューを表示Great studio—very clean, friendly, and easy parking. The instructor was lovely, very clear and precise with her cues, and did a great job explaining proper form. My only feedback is that the class felt a little slow for my preference. We spent quite a bit of time on footwork and slower transitions, so I didn’t feel like I got quite as much of a workout as I was hoping for. That said, there may have been more beginners in the class, and I appreciated the focus on technique. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back.
