    Great workout!Great instructor she walked around and assisted everyone with their form throughout the class. Everyone in the class was also very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. The workouts themselves were at your pace & at the weight you feel comfortable with. Sarah also adjusted any workouts to help us better understand the movement and our forms. Thanks Sarah!
