すべてのレビューを表示GREAT class! My body needed exactly this. I’m not huge on doing yoga because my brain won’t slow down and I get antsy. But this is the perfect combo class with a yoga flow, weights and some extra core! The hour flew by! *just a note. If you don’t have a mat, you have to pay $3 to borrow one. (I didn’t see it mentioned in the class description or in the how to prepare section)

すべてのレビューを表示First class here and really loved the candlelight and soundbath elements. The instructor was super sweet and I felt like I got a really good stretch from it and it was very relaxing, can’t wait to check out more classes from this studio

すべてのレビューを表示Naz was a really good instructor! The staff was very nice - was so worried my mom and I showed 2 mins late, but they have a 5-min grace period. They also have a complimentary mat rental on your first time! We rushed and put our stuff away and they helped place us in the few open spaces left. Blocks for the class are stored behind the doors at the back of the class. Didn’t have time to get any because we didn’t want to disturb class, but others in the class can get up at any time to take a quick breather outside. My mom was actually sweating (she never sweats) without the blocks tho, so it was in the end: a very good workout without blocks!

すべてのレビューを表示This was an incredible yoga class. Lia is an exceptional teacher. She clearly has a deep understanding of yoga and was able to break down complex poses into easily understandable steps. Not to mention the warm and welcoming atmosphere she brought with her.

すべてのレビューを表示So glad this studio is near my house. I’ve been blessed to be able to be taught by Stella. She’s such a great yoga and spiritual teacher. She’s not afraid to be herself, which helps the class also feel more comfortable. She liberates my soul…literally. It’s the perfect paced class on an easy breezy morning. She also does adjustments on students open and willing to be corrected. Last time I went she gave me some aroma therapy and light massage during shavasana. I will be showing all my friends to this amazing space!
