I always tend to show a picture and have struggled to find a barber who ever listens to what I want (I like a slightly longer haircut/one with a soft mullet but they would always ignore what I want and revert to short back and sides) so thought I’d try somewhere new - and I will definitely be back. They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier.
