She found every knot I mentioned, plus several I had not even noticed, and worked through all of them thoroughly. I felt significantly better immediately afterwards. Very professional, highly effective, and one of the best sports massages I have had. Easily 5 stars and highly recommended.

They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier. I really appreciated her honesty and the care she took with my hair.

Simona explained everything in detail at the start so during the treatment I could relax without having to explain herself. Walking down the fire exit stairwell, I was a little apprehensive as there’s not much signage, but once you’re there, it’s nice. The room is generously large and clean/tidy and there is a bathroom and water station. Just a heads up, the masseur was male, which I wasn’t expecting (I typically prefer female masseuses) but the massage itself was good and very much needed.
