The class was so fun and silly and a great workout. I needed a bathroom break during it which is a sign that I need to strengthen my pelvic floor! The instructor was a hottie - that's always very motivating too. I'll definitely go back when I am next in London!

Excellent cueing and hands on support, she managed to pay attention to every single one in the class as it comprised of attendees with varying abilities. I loved the physical assists that helped me elevate my practice. The space is very welcoming too, with natural light and soft flooring suitable for yoga. The skylight was a bonus! The studio’s own memberships are value for money, check them out. I will definitely return and I highly recommend - not only as a yoga practitioner but also as a yoga teacher! 😉

The treatment itself was excellent the therapist, Kelly, was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. He explained everything clearly, including the problem areas he identified and how the muscles and connective tissues are linked, which gave me a much better understanding of what was going on. The deep tissue work was intense to say the least, but he was attentive to my pain levels and encouraging throughout, including breathing prompts. I’d mistakenly gone in thinking I might even fall asleep, but he reminded me with good humour that this wasn’t a spa experience and in all honesty would likely be in too much pain to fall asleep! He was also upfront as a first timer that I’d probably feel sore today and tomorrow (first 24 hrs) but should feel less pain and a lot looser by day two, which I really appreciated! Knowledgeable, thorough and professional, with the right balance of honesty and humour. Would definitely recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示I went for a 90 min pregnancy massage and my masseuse, Machela, was a magician! Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).

She found every knot I mentioned, plus several I had not even noticed, and worked through all of them thoroughly. I felt significantly better immediately afterwards. They really took the time to assess the condition of my hair, explained that it was quite dry, and recommended treatments that would actually benefit it rather than just rushing through the appointment. She gave me a great haircut, used a Nashi filler treatment and an additional hair mask, and my hair feels so much softer, healthier and shinier.
