I go to many classes that are just so fitness-focused but I think they lose some of the subtleties of the mat practise. I thought this was a really great balance of all of those things.

The class was so fun and silly and a great workout. I needed a bathroom break during it which is a sign that I need to strengthen my pelvic floor! すべてのレビューを表示I went for a 90 min pregnancy massage and my masseuse, Machela, was a magician! Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).
