すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was so lovely and supportive, the class was really nice for a first timer. She was very clear in her explanations and offered hands on support where needed. For those wondering what the class consists of it is basically Yoga but with a hammock to assist your stretches and holding those poses focusing not only on your muscles but also on your balance and joints. There is a point where you are upside down and for that though in the description I would recommend not eating or drinking too close to the class. The class is really amazing and ends with a complete relaxation exercise. Would highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示The devil works hard but Jack Speed works harder (and he’s an angel). Really fun, challenging class with lots of adjustments. Somehow Jack manages to get around everyone every rotation in the circuit to give adjustments and encouragement. Will def be back for this class

She is the first instructor who often checks on the positioning of our feet eg flexed or pointed. Great reminders on form and breathing through out each exercise to ensure maximum impact. 💯 Really enjoy her relaxed vibe with her attention to detail.
