すべてのレビューを表示Love this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

すべてのレビューを表示Jennifer was absolutely amazing! This was my very first Aerial Hoop class and I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She has such a positive energy and is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. Jennifer explains everything clearly, helps you build confidence, and makes sure everyone feels included regardless of their level. If you’re thinking about trying Aerial Hoop, I highly recommend taking a class with Jennifer. She made my first experience so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back for more!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time at this studio and I absolutely loved it. The space is clean, beautiful and inviting. I needed a nervous system reset and I definitely got that after this class. Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. I left this class feeling lighter, more grounded and a lot less anxious than when I walked in. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful class! Thank you Liza x
