すべてのレビューを表示Cheerful smily instructor brightens your day. nice clean studio and I love the incense fragrance after class. :) some exercises quite tough but if you often do pilates or ashtanga/rocket yoga maybe don't hesitate to do the power barre to get a tougher workout.

Her pace of breath counts were perfect and steady throughout creating a solid, peaceful and grounded experience for everyone regardless of level of experience. Her attention to details and her remarkable intuitive hands on corrections were soothing and encouraging all the same. Throughout the entire class she had us all mesmerised in a calm, protective nurturing energy. We left feeling energised and happy and cant wait to be back!
