    Cheerful smily instructor brightens your day. nice clean studio and I love the incense fragrance after class. :) some exercises quite tough but if you often do pilates or ashtanga/rocket yoga maybe don't hesitate to do the power barre to get a tougher workout.

    Core Flow

    As a yoga teacher myself (with over 18 years experience) it is not lightly that I say Georgina was simply amazing. Her pace of breath counts were perfect and steady throughout creating a solid, peaceful and grounded experience for everyone regardless of level of experience. Her attention to details and her remarkable intuitive hands on corrections were soothing and encouraging all the same. Throughout the entire class she had us all mesmerised in a calm, protective nurturing energy. We left feeling energised and happy and cant wait to be back!

    Zumba

    Nice space, but a little confusing with no staff and just signage to follow. The changing rooms are downstairs (you walk through the gym) and the Zumba class is in the Main studio. Class was very energetic and fun - it’s more aerobics than Zumba, but you’ll burn loads of calories and have a great time anyway.

    Situated in the Energy Fitness Borough gym, the Mat Pilates class taught by Aryan was a good combination of Pilates moves, with stretch and core strength building.
