The class is always dynamic and really works every part of my body, I’ve noticed more of a change in my strength from this class than any other! Highly recommend and it’s a lovely welcoming studio ❤️

There was a lot of 1-2-1 attention to ensure the stance was correct so the right muscles were switched on. Overall it was a good body toning and workout session.
