すべてのレビューを表示Amazing, I was an absolute beginner and the instructor was very patient and attentive. the session definitely humbled me in ways I didn't expect , but I look forward to progressing as I attend more classes. Also the playlist was perfect and the energy in that room made me forget it was 7am in the morning.
