すべてのレビューを表示This class was great! I attended having never done aerial yoga before, while the rest of the attendees were more advanced. Still, Angélica adjusted the activities for my skill level and helped me work on the basics. The class was pretty freeform, with her showing us techniques on the aerial equipment and then allowing us to try them at our own pace.
