I can see how some reviews felt it wasn’t super beginner friendly, but the instructor is super nice you just have to ask! She dances so beautifully and having tried out other forms of dancing I think contemporary is my favorite

すべてのレビューを表示I am very pleased and impressed with how the breathe work and meditation class shifted my awareness of my breathe and allowed me to breathe more deeply. I am noticing how my thinking affects me breathe and can catch negative thoughts more quickly. It didn't seem like it was doing so much at the time.
