すべてのレビューを表示Ashley, the instructor, is a wonderful teacher and incredibly kind. I really enjoyed her class. As an added bonus the room we did. the barre class in seems to have had a fan which kept it relatively cool in there! My legs are shaking like a scared dog, but I will return.

It felt more like a shared practice between the four of us than the kind of “standardized yoga class.” I will be back, cues were great and we did positions of stretching I wasn’t familiar with that I loved. Parking is good, they have mats, blocks, straps, & blankets to use.
