すべてのレビューを表示I love the class and the instructor, the flow is brilliant and a great work out. However, the place could do with airing out inbetween and during sessions, as it is a busy class and gets quite heated quite quickly.

Anastasiia is a fantastic PT and instructor and always corrects us if needed with posture, movements etc. I love both of her classes , the LBT and circuit as well. Highly recommend to everyone who wants a great, intense, effective workout.
