Her cues were clear and could easily be understood allowing developing yogis to practice without having to constantly look for the instructor during transitions. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

I didn’t even have to point out the areas that I wanted worked on they were able to find the areas that needed the most work. If you want deep, they will give you DEEP TISSUE. If you can tolerate the pressure, they will deliver. You will then think to yourself, “Yeah, this is not massage envy.” Massage Envy has nothing about how intense this deep tissue is. I was a little scared about the standing part, but it works. It delivers the right amount of pressure to give you that release you need. I also wasn’t expecting the stretching, but I appreciate it. I do, in fact, feel more limber. However, I do feel a little sore but in a good way. My masseuse was determined to get the knots in my trapezius/sub-scapular muscles out! I just wish I educated myself about what a Thai massage entails.

He started with massaging the face, after he soaked my feet in warm water, and was very professional with movements, speed of returning from gathering hot stones or towels. The ceiling was unappealing, but didn’t really matter once one closes their eyes. I notified them about ten minutes before that I was going to be twenty minutes late and they said they would wait for me. That was very kind of them as cancellation would have resulted in a fee. After my massage, I went out to give Ricky his gratuity and he gave me a loyalty card and let me know after ten massages, they give one massage for free for one hour.
