I like that she went at a slow pace and demonstrated every move. She was also patient with each student and kindly corrected their form. Imani's a great teacher!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve taken many many classes and visited several studios in town, but Lotus + this class and instructor may be one of my favorites. I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.
