reMIXED (all levels reformer class)
すべてのレビューを表示Christine is THAT GIRL! She is extremely motivating and while her workouts are super intense, each movement has intention behind it. She genuinely cares about everyone in the class and uplifts everyone, regardless of their skill level. Love her and I end up leaving grateful that I woke up early to be in her class!
At the Good Place LV you will experience an elevated group Reformer Pilates experience…Power Circuit
すべてのレビューを表示Great class - the instructor was very energetic and good and explaining the exercises. I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again

Thai Healing Solutions Spa

すべてのレビューを表示My experience this visit was way better than last year. I had a combo massage, and the next day, I felt the work she did on my tension areas because they felt relaxed, just a little tender as you would normally expect. Checked in with me through the hour massage, asking if I was okay. Pressure was perfect, I was able to relax during the massage.

Inflammation Relief
すべてのレビューを表示Excellent service, clean facility, and a relaxing massage chair. The staff was attentive and offered to slow my drip, which I probably should have done because it felt a little fast. I received the Inflammation and Energy drip but didn’t notice much extra energy afterward. Overall, a great experience.

すべてのレビューを表示Perla was fabulous. One of the best massages I've ever had. She worked out the knots in my shoulders and back. The room was just the right temperature and her choice of music was soothing and not too loud. I'm usually a talker but I appreciated the fact that she was quiet throughout because I really got a chance to relax and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend her.

すべてのレビューを表示Mille was awesome! I felt so much better after my massage! Follow the directions about parking next to a lobby 410 and taking the elevator to the third floor, because it’s not super clear once you’re inside where it is. But I found it and Millie came to meet me in the lobby! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lash Lift & Tint
すべてのレビューを表示Place was clean and comfortable. Everyone was sweet but I do think the service could have been a tad more friendly or customized. They also did not take the time to do any consulting before doing the lift. I have really short and thin lashes so this did not do much for me, which isn’t their fault, but I feel like another place would have been realistic with me up front about what to expect at the end. Overall, it wasn’t bad. I just expect more from a true aesthetic spa like this.
