すべてのレビューを表示Arielle is the best yoga instructor i had had the pleasure of learning from. i was in town for work and stumbled upon her at a different studio, then found her as many times at any studio she was teaching at while here. she gave me inspiration that i’ve had some trouble finding lately. she is so kind and gentle, creating such a soft but strong space for a group class. if you want to be taught, let her be your guide.

This was the first Pilates class I’ve taken that truly incorporated authentic Pilates sequencing, breathwork, and technique. Wish Nicole taught evening classes

すべてのレビューを表示Great class, I’ve been trying to focus more on strength training and have trouble finding classes that aren’t all circuits. The class is only 30 min but you will definitely feel it. You grab a variety of weights and a kettlebell and the instructor guides the class through the workout. You workout arms, legs, glutes, and core. Plus i love the music :)

Sarah is an incredible instructor—she always takes the time to guide me throughout the class, making sure I feel confident and supported no matter my skill level. What I appreciate most is how welcoming the environment is. I never feel out of place here; instead, I feel completely included from start to finish. The entire class has such a positive and friendly vibe—everyone is encouraging, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. If you're looking for a workout that pushes you while also making you feel comfortable and motivated, this is it. I can’t recommend Sarah’s class enough!
