すべてのレビューを表示I think Liz is one of the best mat pilates instructors, from now on i will always look for her class. She builds up the moves in a way that’s easy to follow and understand. The workout was intense and challenging especially with the heat. Be prepared to sweat A LOT. This is such a great workout and Liz’s routine is perfect to tone and loose weight. The other pilates classes here (Tru hot Pilates) are too intense for me cuz they are bootcamp/cardio based - this mat pilates is the perfect alternative without the cardio but still very intense and focused on working your core and every muscle. I highly recommend this class and Liz!
