すべてのレビューを表示I signed up for this class several days ago because my daughter told me about it. I personally drove 40 minutes to overdue athletics to find out that the class was not happening. The location of the place was very confusing and after 10 minutes or so of looking in the building for the location we saw someone that we could ask if they knew about this gym and they directed us around the back of the building which we then found the place, but it was not open. The class was scheduled between 1 PM and two and we called the main number multiple times and it kept going to voicemail. We finally found different numbers at the actual gym location and called the numbers and were able to reach them and then was told that they were not aware of the class and the class pass was using the wrong schedule from 2023. They apologize and asked us if there was another time or day that would work for us to do the Zumba class. Needless to say I will not be going back and I felt that this was very unprofessional. Derek and Carla were very apologetic and said would send me a new schedule via text and it’s 4:26 PM and I have yet to receive that.
