I’m new to barre, so I’m not familiar with the terminology but Chariese demonstrates each exercise which makes it easy to follow! During one of the classes, we used a resistance band and that was a good sweat but enjoyable :)

すべてのレビューを表示They are strict about the 5 minute rule, just a heads up to others. Class was great! They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough. Instructor was really wonderful - super kind and the class was hard enough to feel great after!
