すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been to several yoga studios and often left disappointed with the so-called “yin” classes, which ended up being intense and not what I needed. Then I found Christine! Her class was a breath of fresh air—gentle, nurturing, and exactly what my body craved. You can truly feel the difference when a teacher has proper training, and Christine’s expertise shines through in every pose. I felt so connected and at peace during her class. She has a beautiful way of guiding and supporting each student, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend this class to intermediate people as it’s tough. Though she does give many options for modifications. Everyone was very welcoming too

I wish the mirrors were continuous on the wall, but there were only 5 people in the class and they were able to move to find a spot in front of the mirror. The class was on the hard side, but the modifications made it approachable! Courtney B was great!
