I appreciate how she walks around the room as she cues while bringing us in and out of each pose effortlessly. Her encouragement through the challenging flows was amazing. I wish the mirrors were continuous on the wall, but there were only 5 people in the class and they were able to move to find a spot in front of the mirror. The class was on the hard side, but the modifications made it approachable! Courtney B was great!
