    You have to try it! It's a great class, nice flow, easy to follow. Get lost, ask one of the coaches. They answer questions and keep an eye on everyone. They scale to people's abilities so if you are at working out experienced, you'll get what you need. Can't wait to go back!

    Glute Isolation

    I’ve taken classes with a few instructors here and they have all been great! There’s set workouts you do in every class but it’s a circuit style workout so it’s still at your own pace. I am new to working out and unfamiliar with majority of the exercises, but the instructors are very helpful in making sure that I’m doing the moves properly and always very willing to help when I’m unsure how to do something or need an adjustment. Everyone in the classes are also very friendly and no judgement.
