The instructor( Tara alharmi ) was meticulous, supportive, and deeply focused on perfecting every movement was done correctly,I’ve attended Pilates classes at several other studios, but her level of attention and expertise is unmatched. Truly a standout experience, shes the only instructor whose classes i’ll be returning too!

すべてのレビューを表示Was an amazing class! Very relaxing. But if you’re looking for a complete Pilates, many exercises and burning class, is not for you. You should try the reformer! The teacher is very welcoming and helpful. Super recommend!!!!

すべてのレビューを表示My coach was very understanding and amazing soft-spoken and she pays a lot of attention to detail. I really enjoyed my class with her and it felt like it was a private little class as I was the only person in the class she takes the time to demonstrate what she has to do, and then she also takes the time to observe me and assist/guide me throughout the workout I felt very relaxed comfortable and I really enjoyed my class with this coach 10 out of 10 would recommend
