The previous routines had started to feel a bit repetitive, but this new set is challenging and engaging. I could definitely feel the intensity throughout the class, and I'm confident I burned a ton of calories. I felt amazing after the class and my energy levels were boosted significantly. Zikri was incredibly motivating and kept the energy high throughout the class. Highly recommend giving it a try!"

She provided me with proper guidance and offered modifications when I had limited range of motion in my tight hips and corrected my bad posture due to my scoliosis. I really enjoyed the flow of the class. The flowing movement of the exercises almost felt like a dance and it was helpful in alleviating the pain in my upper back and my lower back.
