The coach was supportive and encouraging, teaching proper form while keeping the class fun with his goofy personality. Lilly was very welcoming and helpful before the class even began. I enjoyed the class so much and will definitely be back! Clean toilet located outside the studio. No shower facilities that I’m aware of.

すべてのレビューを表示Studio is in a housing area , need to scan id before entering. Studio is pretty small but good that class size is small too. The flow is gentle and easy. Good for a morning stretch. Instructor is attentive.
