    Small Group PT - Squat & Pull

    It was a perfect setting for my first gym class ever! A class of 3 people so not too intimidating, a great pace, Francis was very kind at tailoring exercises and suggestions for me as a first timer. Great class to build strength and muscle without getting the blood pressure up too much. I will definitely be going back!

    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

    Love any class with Santa! I love her ethos in all her classes about focusing on oneself and not comparing to others. It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.
