    All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

    Love any class with Santa! I love her ethos in all her classes about focusing on oneself and not comparing to others. It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.

    Aqua HiiT 45 minutes (Ladies Only)

    Loved the class, you were able to go at whichever pace worked best and push more when you wanted to. The only downside is that the gym closes 15mins after the class so not much time to shower and get changed.
