すべてのレビューを表示It was a great class. The instructor is friendly and very nice. BarreLift is harder than a regular Barre signature class (uses heavier weights) but is definitely something worth trying if you’ve done barre classes before and want to try something different.

すべてのレビューを表示Great studio but I wish they offered at least one or two non-heated classes per day. I would definitely book more often if they did as not always in the mood for a heated class. Especially in the summer I think having the option for a regular class would be nice as we’re all trying to escape the heat!

すべてのレビューを表示This was such an intense class! Jerry is a great teacher, cues and corrections were clear and he was so encouraging. The class was somehow simultaneously really calming and incredibly intense, you get into this meditative state of deep focus on the burn and the correct form (I think that sums up the overall vibe of the studio too). The studio is such a beautiful space, the showers/facilities are great and everyone here is so lovely. Hope to be back again soon!

The practitioner was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the treatment and its benefits thoroughly, which made me feel completely at ease.
