Loved the varied rotation of moves we went through even though it was a calm class (was expecting fewer moves and more static holds so pleasantly surprised ◡̈) and Xin Hui is a cue maestro. She was also made the effort to encourage each of us individually. 🥹 Please add more chair classes to schedule!

すべてのレビューを表示great workout! as a first-timer doing barre, my pilates bg came in handy so it wasn’t foreign, but can imagine it’d be much more challenging for complete beginners. instructor is pleasant & conducted at good pace. studio was easy to locate, though some vacuuming would be nice before the class.

すべてのレビューを表示Archana has such a calm presence. I could feel the vibrations of the sound bowls in the palm of my hands alot. I personally would have liked to hold the yin poses a bit longer but understand because it was a 45mins session only. Will be back.

すべてのレビューを表示Small studio, but there were only 2 of us plus the instructor so she was able to guide us. She was very firm but gentle in pose corrections, and made adjustments for us who haven’t practiced yoga for a while. Really liked this place!

Tingyu is one of the best instructors I have ever come across - she is kind, patient and gives clear detailed instructions which were easy to follow. I was the only attendee and Tingyu kindly adjusted the sequence to address my issues. I left the session feeling revived and relaxed. Tysm for the wonderful experience!
