When I’ve come to Kansas City for work a few times this year, I’ve set aside time to find Christian’s class at Sweatheory! I will return!!! Thanks for a great class!

すべてのレビューを表示It was my best powerful vinyasa yet! I love how the class transitions from warm up to prep poses to peak poses. All poses are built with purpose. Never been able to do eka pada koundinyasana, but I did it today! Thank you for a wonderful class Chris! Namaste!
