すべてのレビューを表示What a cool space! It was a little hard to find the door at first so come a little extra early your first time for that. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor did an awesome job at showing us the moves and empowering us! Can’t wait to come back!!!

すべてのレビューを表示This was a challenging whole body workout . Caitlin is a very supportive instructor. She walked around during class making sure we were using correct form, not taking short cuts, and adaptingmoves as needed. She encourages everyone to challenge themselves at their level.
