I arrived 1 hour earlier to complete Virgin Active's first timer registration process, after seeing other ClassPass user feedbacks. Receptionist was patience in explaining, taught me how to use locker keys and directed me to change room & studio. Towels are provided, so I could freshen up with a quick shower after workout.
