すべてのレビューを表示It’s the best Pilates class I have attended so far. Ryan is such a patient, encouraging instructor and really goes out to explain clearly and ensure we are working on the right muscles. I was going to write off Pilates as I never sweat in these classes but Strong really change my mind! Very challenging and will want to try again! Great job, Ryan! Thanks a lot!

すべてのレビューを表示Like the workout and space at this studio. Joey demonstrates and was clear in her instructions. Goes around correcting postures and motivating us. Simple workouts and ends up to be effective and sweat after the 1-hr session. Would like to attend class here again 💪🏻💪🏻
