She really takes the time to guide you through proper breathing, which makes a huge difference in how your muscles engage and how effective the workout feels. Her transitions between exercises are incredibly smooth, which keeps the flow of the class going and allows your muscles to really absorb the work instead of rushing from one movement to the next. Even in a beginner class, she knows how to adjust the springs and add small challenges so you continue progressing while still feeling supported. She creates such a welcoming and encouraging environment, and you leave the class feeling both stronger and more connected to your body.
