すべてのレビューを表示My first class at SLT was great. I appreciated Zack taking a few minutes before the class to go over a few class jargons and suggest posture corrections during the session. I liked that the class size was also not overwhelming. Definitely recommend if you’re up for a challenge!

This was my first time and I really struggled on the Lagree machine, but Stacey demonstrated the movements beside me and corrected my form — while simultaneously giving instructions to both the mega side and the stride side. I honestly don’t know how she did that. Super energetic and motivating vibes and I got a really good work out out of it.
