A huge problem for me is they started treating your feet with files and clipping etc before putting your feet in the water so your skin is not softened yet and it’s too dry. The actual removal and manicure (I got cat eye) only took just under an hour, so I think perhaps 90 minutes allocates time if you want to select a more complex option. I’ll definitively be back!
