Honestly, I had stopped going to Prime regularly because of the previous instructors, but Molly has completely changed that for me. すべてのレビューを表示Sonia’s energy is great! She cues well and is very encouraging/supportive. Only feedback is that the music is usually so quiet. One of the reasons I love Barre3 is how beat driven the moves are and you just can’t connect the two when it’s so quiet. Otherwise I think Sonia is a lovely instructor.

Nicely challenging class too. Probably due to NY marathon that was happening today, the class was smaller and I loved having good amount of space and attention from the instructor.

The stretching was perfect and I like that she really focused on long holds, so many instructors don’t understand the importance of stretching to make it actually impactful.

Guys really sell ourselves short by sleeping on the invaluable benefits of group fitness classes in general and barre classes such as bar method specifically, which offer incredible lift to virtually any fitness schedule, in my opinion. so glad I gave group classes it a go after a few decades as a solo artist.

Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form. Definitely pushed me harder than I’d go on my own! Would highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Shannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!

I appreciated that she shared their membership options from a neutral position - highlighting the the pros/cons of classpass vs membership. Christine was great and being a small class I felt she was able to pay attention to everyone and their form. It truly felt like a full body workout and I loved the quick transitions. Lastly, the credits per class are fair/what I would expect.

Veronica impresses as authentically engaged with yoga practice and guidance, providing super helpful, nuanced adjustments and notes on technique throughout—nice to have a relatively modest class size, presumably a bit more practical to do so. Enjoyed the challenging yet accessible and very well conceived sequences and beautifully equipped sunny studio with floor to ceiling windows. A delight. Namaste🙏🏿
