すべてのレビューを表示While I have done a lot yoga in the past, I’ve found the Fundamentals course here extremely helpful and educational in understanding basic flaws in my practice. The instruction is highly detailed and explanatory in its nature, down to the very muscles targeted in each pose. Individual feedback is provided. What I’ve learned is I’ve been practicing wrong a very long time! I’m planning to continue to take the month long fundamentals course with and eye towards generally improving my strength and effectiveness in my practice

すべてのレビューを表示Easy gym session! I thought it was clean, good locker room, easy to get on a machine, good treadmills and lots of different options. I do wish they had more space open for mats and free weights. I recommend if you’re in the area, and I would come back!
