I had on off problems with my lower back and piriformis, was previously treated with dry needling at another physio place. Hence reading the reviews, I had hopes of getting dry needling treatment at this place also. Apparently the therapist that is usually able to conduct the treatment had been relocated to Bali. I was quite disappointed but proceed anyway as I’ve booked the session. For those of you looking for dry needling, this is not the place anymore

Great experience! Ka Siska was very informative, patient, and provided excellent feedback on my posture, what’s the root cause of the pain, and how to improve it. She also gave me guidance on stretching at home to help further ease my neck and upper back pain. Thank you! 😊

After dealing with discomfort and stiffness from sitting at my desk all day, she really helped alleviate the tension in my back, neck, and glutes. Kristin's targeted stretches and exercises were just what I needed. I left feeling much more relaxed and flexible. Highly recommend her if you’re struggling with similar issues from a sedentary job!
