I love Mba Nikaaaa! ❤️ She’s seriously the BEST! Her massage is absolutely amazing, so relaxing, and you can really feel how professional and experienced she is. She’s also knows exactly where to massage. Every time I come, I always feel so much better and refreshed afterward. Anda Reserva is lucky to have such an amazing therapist. I am regularly customer, whenever I come I never feel regret, If you’re looking for a really good massage and body scrub, you HAVE to try Mba Nika! Highly recommended! I’m a regular customer, and honestly, all of the therapists are amazing at what they do.

Wow wow wow I’m impressed! Told the therapist about my pain points and the treatment was very good even though I chose the 30 mins one. She is very friendly and knowledgeable — knows a lot about my condition and explained why she did what she did. Walked out feeling very light and almost painless. Bravo!!

Contrast Therapy Male [Sauna and Cold Plunge] - 60 Minutes
I really enjoyed the fact that they offer a private room dedicated to contrast therapy sessions. The cold plunge was impressively cold and provided an excellent recovery experience. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including small towels for wiping off sweat during the session, large towels for showering afterward, and a clean, well-maintained shower area. My only suggestion would be to make the infrared sauna space a little larger, as many people like to stretch during their sauna sessions. Overall, I'd rate it 9/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality contrast therapy experience in the Kuningan area.

TOTONOI SESSION ONLY
Senang banget dengan sesi Totonoi di sini. Dari meditasi, guided stretch yang satisfying, exercise pedes, sesi zen pijat di akhir dengan hot towel di mata dan rendam kaki di kolam air hangat. Setelahnya tubuh betul-betul relax even sampai H+1. All in all I’m very happy to be able to do this session ☺️
