    The best strength training coach ever. The vibe was very positive. The coach actively go around the room and checks on everyone, motivating and correcting the positions. The best!! My recommendation is to invest in a proper water dispenser (they are using a hand pump water gallon) and a nicer changing room (can check out Octagon Foxx or Strong pilates)

    Hari ini banyak yang baru join, jadi mainly review choreography dari week 1-2. Usually week 3 would be blocking and week 4 would be recording. For beginners, it’s very recommended to join on the first week each month instead since there would be a new choreography. So, the teaching pace would be slower. Will come again next week (if my schedule aligns!)
