gerakannya cukup variatif (dari tangan, kaki, perut, semua kena). coachnya mencontohkan, berkeliling, dan membenarkan postur. kelasnya untuk peserta menengah-ahli, kalo yang baru pertama kali mat pilates/olahraga pasti berat banget ngambil kelas ini :)) fasilitas kelas bagus banget, matnya berkualitas, ada anduk alas juga, dan anduk dingin setelah selesai sesi

Shoulder Opening (Beginner Level)
This was my first time in a yoga class where I could actually hear my back crack during some of the movements—it felt surprisingly relieving! The studio was spacious and comfortable, and although the session got me sweating quite a bit, it was a great experience overall. The coach gave clear instructions in English and was attentive in correcting participants’ movements and poses throughout the class. A refreshing and satisfying yoga session!

This class (pranaman flow) is the class i looking for after few days of intense work out. Even tho its moderate intensity but its really impactful as its focus on the breathing and the flow. Instructor was very good and care about our posture. Good ambiance 🫶🏻

Joined their Yin Yoga during my first visit here. Very spacious place, international teacher, props are all provided (mats, blocks, straps, towels), bathroom got nice amenities. Very very strategic area and nice neighborhood that got literally everything you need around it, like legit you can find everything around, fpod, drugstore, minimarkets, supermarkets, pet store, even a hospital is nearby, againvery strategic.

Joined their Yin Yoga during my first visit here. Very spacious place, international teacher, props are all provided (mats, blocks, straps, towels), bathroom got nice amenities. Very very strategic area and nice neighborhood that got literally everything you need around it, like legit you can find everything around, fpod, drugstore, minimarkets, supermarkets, pet store, even a hospital is nearby, againvery strategic.
