This was my first lash lift and tint so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Genny answered all of my questions and talked me through the process as she did it. She is so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. And the massage was perfect- great pressure, plenty of nicely scented lotion/oil, relaxing music, and relaxing music. She massaged my neck, shoulders, and scalp as well which was a great bonus. I will definitely be back!
