Gabby provided a great range of moves to provide a whole body workout while smiling the whole time and everyone was super nice and welcoming. Would recommend if you are ready for a rewarding workout, and definitely be prepared to get your heart rate going for a strong 45 minutes.

This is my third class and I really feel like the instruction she gave made things made certain aspects like climbing much easier to understand and implement. Every instructor is great! And to their credit I’ve never been to a class that wasn’t full.

When I pulled up I almost didn’t go in because I thought this box gym toe place wasn’t for me but boy was I wrong. I can’t wait to go back each day.
