She was very attentive, always checking in individually and adjusting the resistance based on each person's needs. The space is also very clean and beautifully designed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

すべてのレビューを表示Man kommt bei den Übungen sehr gut mit, da toll erklärt wird, worauf man achten muss und was dabei nicht der Fall sein sollte. Trainerin schaut aufmerksam mit und korrigiert bzw weist darauf hin. Find ich als Anfängerin super, um alles korrekt zu lernen. Lisa baut auch immer paar Späße ein und fühlt mit, wenn man kurz vorm Aufgeben ist, dann kommt der nötige Push :D

すべてのレビューを表示La professeure était très pédagogue ,douce, elle incite à la détente, J’ai aimé le déroulement du cours selon lequel les postures n’étaient réalisables pour des débutants. Je suis arrivée en retard et elle m’a pourtant accueilli chaleureusement et a même invité ma fille de 111 ans à participer au cours ! Quelle magnifique expérience 🙏🏻
