すべてのレビューを表示The class was really well led, Cristina gave corrections and clear instructions. I enjoyed the pace and difficulty, it wasn’t too easy or too hard, felt like a great mix especially during the heat wave. I would come back again :)

すべてのレビューを表示It was a great class. Selina was a good instructor. I feel I worked muscles I never knew existed 😅. The class is barefoot and with no air conditioner on these very hot days, it was difficult to stay in place. I think it would be helpful to wear the gripping socks
