She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises. She always gives you multiple options to suit everyone’s fitness- or energy level. Loved every second of it!

すべてのレビューを表示Bethany is the best Pilates instructor, she is clearly very knowledgeable and she puts in a real effort when planning the class, the exercises are never boring, there’s a nice flow, super challenging (but she gives more options to suit everyone’s fitness level) and targets the whole body. She demonstrates all exercises, gives you little useful tips so that you know how to perform an exercise with a good form (which is really important at Pilates, the devil in the details!), and her classes are never boring. Iv’ve been coming to her classes for years now and it’s never boring! And she has a really nice calm vibe, which makes the (hardcore!) class a bit of meditation as well at the same time, you’ll leave happy, calm and tired. And the Loom club is a beautiful venue with nice people.

Shout out to Cole at reception for calming my nerves before - I always feel nervous before going to a new workout class and he answered all my questions and reassured me. Really recommended these classes!
